To update your subscription payment method, simply log into your subscription account and navigate to “Manage Subscription”. From there, click “Edit Payment” and then you will be prompted with steps to update your payment method on file.

If you can’t log into your subscription account, then you might not have activated it. To activate your account, simply create a new customer account with the email you used to start your subscription. Then your subscription will automatically appear in your account.
