    Best thing I have found!

    For years I haven't been able to sleep through the night, I tend to wake every hour. I fall back to sleep fairly quickly but it's very tiring to constantly wake. I have tried may different products, some worked but left me sleepy when I wake, others don't seem to do much.

    The sleep spray has made a huge difference. I still wake but I generally get 2 - 2.5 hours between waking so that has helped. And when I get up I am not draggy or sleepy. Highly recommend!
